"
The Practice of Living Awareness is a new form of meditation, predicated upon who we are now as human beings instead of who we were when most meditation practices were given and established. True to its name - living awareness - the practice fosters a dynamic living awareness within us that we then bring to all aspects of our life. It is a meditation practice that is for life and living it more fully as well as for our spiritual development.
Every aspect of the practice is rich unto itself and brings benefit. That fact is compounded by one part of the Living Awareness practice being blended with the next part. A rich repeatable method of meditation results that not only brings benefits as we are meditating but flowers in our everyday life."
Donna

October 7: Conscious Transition – Living Healing and Dying
The moment of death can be the most important moment of our life. What can we do to
prepare for it? How can we best be present for our friends and family when they are
going through this transition process? We will discuss methods such as exercises to
practice each evening before going to sleep to prepare us for our own passing.
October 14: Chakras and Energy Systems
Chakras, our centers of energy, are expressions of who we are. The chakras determine
how the physical, emotional and mental bodies function. This presentation is key in
knowing ourselves and expanding to all we can be. Learn simple exercises that help
move energy through the body. Achieve mental, emotional and physical health with
these simple practices.
October 21: Being Soul
Our essential self is Soul. This presentation is designed to inspire a more soulful life.
Paying attention to what we say and do can result in greater harmlessness. Practicing
holding the mind steady in the light through meditation is the process by which we train
ourselves to be more present.
October 28: Conscious Creation
When a trained mind stills itself in order for a greater understanding to come through,
the conscious creative process begins. Trust is needed to let go of what we think we
need to make room for a new realization of what we may never have considered. Are
you consciously creating your life?

Have you wondered why you relate well with some people and not others or why
ʻissuesʼ arise with only certain family members or co-workers? Are you curious about
your interests, talents, and gifts, where they might be leading and what obstacles might
be overcome along the way?
This is an introductory class in the principles of Esoteric Astrology, which includes
traditional astrology, then turns the spiral of understanding and interpretation to include
our beingness as souls. The birth chart is the blueprint of a soulʼs incarnation as well as
the description of our talents, dreams, challenges, and opportunities. Looking at oneʼs
chart in this way helps to reveal the possibilities of expanded consciousness and deeper
purpose.
We use Astrology Illumined, Revealing Soul Through Astrology by Donna Mitchell-
Moniak and Sara Traub as the primary text. The book is available with registration. The
class was designed by Donna and now is taught in various locations.
“Thanks for the class! I learned a lot about why the lessons in my life have been the way
they've been. I also learned to appreciate others for all their astrological signs and
planets--we are all One.”
