Come as you are! Be with what is! Get curious!
Notice - Move - Ponder - Reflect - Discover - Track
Combining awareness-based experiences, somatic movement practices and expressive art activities, immerse deeply in yourself and the
inner wisdom of your bio-intelligent body.
Our intention is to get curious about our patterns of being that inform our body's experience of living. The expression of being human is in constant process, and touches on mundane, mental, energetic, emotional, cultural, physical, primordial, spiritual and cosmological influences.
This immersion will give us an opportunity to explore the messages and mysteries held within. We'll take time to explore our fascial network, sacrum, psoas and other structures. We'll experience how stillness and movement feels in our bodies with the support of music, silence, sound, guidance from outside and from within - consciously, thoughtfully, joyfully, contemplating awareness and noticing what informs us. We'll walk in nature, bathing in the natural phytochemicals that the plants and trees have to offer.
We'll track our experiences through an individual art project, working with clay and crystals and other media, that will transform into a take-away reminder of our process. It's likely we'll laugh, meditate, chant, dance converse consciously, deeply relax and settle in to the core of who we are. The only prerequisite is being a curious human being. The hope is, you leave inspired for whatever next steps your journey brings.

Our bodies are at once receiving and transmitting stations for life itself. It is the highest wisdom to recognize this fact and train our bodies to render them sensitive and responsive to nature, art and (spirit).... We have the capacity to receive messages from the stars and the songs of the night winds.
