Find joy and balance at our Spring Renewal yoga, meditation, and wellness retreat at the beautiful Spirit Fire Retreat Center. Nourish your body, mind and spirit with a weekend of yoga, nature, hiking, homemade cuisine made with local, organic and seasonal produce, and a celebratory bonfire with wine and high quality organic dark chocolate. Connect with yourself and others and enjoy a mini vacation by relaxing outside with a good book, taking a hike, and just enjoying time to be.It's time to go within and renew from the inside out!
The yoga classes will be a blend of Gentle and Restorative, linking movement with the breath, moving your body through relaxing and restorative poses. The classes will be focused balancing the chakras, pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized.
All Levels Are Welcome!

Dates: June 1 - 3, 2018 Price: $490 before April 1st/$540 after The retreat is from Friday at 4 pm thru Sunday lunch (around 1 pm). You will be home by 4:30pm on Sunday... just in time to settle back in and enjoy a relaxing evening before going back to work. |

Natalie has been teaching yoga for 10 years and is certified in the Kripalu tradition. She enjoys all styles of yoga. She is continuously humbled by the amazing effects that yoga has on body, mind, and spirit and it's ability to help us live a more authentic, meaningful, and abundant life.
Natalie also incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices and has been studying Eastern Philosophy for years. She loves reading all kinds of books and is a life long learner. Natalie's teaching style mixes humor, compassion, and a down-to-earth approach that is safe and accessible to everyone.
