The Practice of Living Awareness

STEP THREE: FLOW

We’re on week three of The Practice of Living Awareness, flowing along. We will come to know the breath more intimately this week and make use of its inherent purpose: rhythmically sustaining us so that we may joyously experience those thing, all things, that cross our path.
