 As we welcome you here, we do so with a smile. Welcome! May these recorded sittings serve as an invitation to go within and offer yourself some goodness, care, and kindness. And may each one serve as a reminder that you don’t have to look far to find those qualities - they are innate to your very being!

​Meditation draws us in to the present moment and asks, “What is here now?” “What are the possibilities for this moment?” Perhaps this is the moment for quiet. Perhaps this is the moment for stillness. Perhaps this is the moment for care, or a gentle smile to acknowledge your being here. Let's find out.
