INTERLUDE MEDITATION - DAY 1
THE SWEET LULL Fullness of any kind often leads to a pause… or an interlude, which is the name of this week’s step. Interludes are important. They allow us to integrate. An interlude has no agenda other than itself; it is a space between. Perhaps this sounds like meditation. Perhaps.
As we begin Step 7, we ask, “why meditate?” If you’ve been meditating with us regularly with this round of the Practice of Living Awareness, it is our sincere hope that you can answer that in a way that is meaningful for you. If I were asked that question, I would say that one reason I meditate is to bringing the fullness of each moment into my experience. Perhaps this week’s theme of interlude will bring clarity to the purpose of your practice. Happy meditating. |
